Give guilt the attention it deserves


While not making yourself wrong is a strong foundation for self love, it does not mean living in denial of the guilt or shame that you genuinely feel. Self love actually calls you into being more honest with yourself. You may have genuinely done a mistake, you have to acknowledge and feel through the sadness of it, as it is human to do mistakes. Just avoid holding yourself as a criminal, unworthy of love or acceptance. Understanding guilt helps you to dive deep into experience of living as a human.
