Awaken the Power of Divine Mother

Mother, that one word when called in any language from far east to west, evokes the same response of Love. We know words cannot define God, when words seize to exist, that's when you can feel God. Same holds true for mother and her love too. Any words you choose to define mother and mother’s love, you still fall short. It is only the language of heart which can describe mother or Divine.

Mother is an embodiment of Divine. An embodiment of unconditional love. Mother’s Love is ultra powerful energy just like Divine’s. If a form is to be given to the formless Divine, the only form that is apt is the form of mother. Only a mother can be completely unconditional in loving her children. She accepts and loves them unconditionally. She sacrifices herself at the wink of an eye for her children. She fights the world for her children.

When you think of Divine Mother, what is invoked in our hearts is tenderness, compassion, unconditional love. All mothers are manifestations of the same Divine Mother. These same qualities are manifested in a mother. No matter how she had been in her life until then, with birth of her child, these qualities take birth in a mother. It happens so naturally, it’s a default mechanism put there in place by the Divine or the nature. All mothers naturally feel and express these qualities with their children right from the moment they lay their eyes of their new born.

With the passage of time, with family conditioning, expectations, societal expectations, these qualities may be overlaid to some extend by other things like discipline, expectations, disappointment etc. Even then, underlying all these, there would always be her unconditional love, tenderness and compassion for her children.

If you are a mother, you can invoke the power of Divine Mother in you when you consciously use your power to love and nurture unconditionally. Unconditional love and nurturing are natural aspects of your motherhood but when wielded with conscious awareness, you will become a powerful force in unleashing your child’s full potential as a human.

As a mother with conscious awareness of your innate qualities of tenderness, compassion, nurturing and unconditional love, it is like a magic wand with which entire world can be changed. How humanity is faring depends on how safely and lovingly each is brought up by their mother. Only thing that can bring about the transformation of entire humanity is unconditional love and acceptance of each human. And a mother is natural source for this when she awakens to this power within herself.

On this mother’s day, consciously acknowledge and celebrate the power of Unconditional Love inside of yourself. Extend it consciously not just to your child but towards yourself. Awaken that power of the Divine Mother within you.
